Ayurvedic Treatment For Piles :

Our treatment balances all the three doshas and improves constipation, it also help to reduce varicose vein in the rectum. Our doctors suggest personalize diet plan and exercises to reduce lifestyle diseases.

Sitz Bath - A Sitz bath can also be used to treat piles, prostate infections, anal and vaginal fissures, and ease the discomfort of genital herpes, and vaginal infections as well as recurrent urinary tract infections. A sitz bath is literally what it is sounds like i.e sitting in a shallow bucket / bathtub full of warm water so that it covers your buttocks and hips.

An anti-septic solution like iodine-povidone solution (Betadine) can be added to clear the infection. We would recommend add decoction of “neem leaves and Curcumin powder ( turmeric) as these are 2 natural anti-biotics.

People suffering from hemorrhoids should take Sitz bath everyday or may be twice a day.

This helps in promoting healing and helping with discomfort. Sitz bath is based on theory of hydrotherapy or water therapy but it really makes sense to adopt this as this does not allow the infection and swelling to happen.

Anal Fissure or Fissuer in Ano:

This is a very common Ano rectal disease causing a lot of suffering and discomfort to the patient. There occurs a tear or a crack in the skin lined part of the anal canal. It is usually found in young and middle age people, in women usually during pregnancy but some times seen even in children. Though a small crack, the pain and suffering inflicted by it is of great magnitude. Beside, more often than note, it does not heal permanently and keeps on showing its effects continually or intermittently.

The causes of fissure are not very clear. Rarely fissure are caused due to some bigger underlying problem like Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis, Tuberculosis, Growths etc. The other main possible reason could be trauma to the area due to passage of unusually hard stool in a constipated patient. Patients often tend to take laxatives for getting soft watery stool, thinking that this will not cause them pain and will solve the problem. It is true that such patients will not face the problems (Pain, temporarily) avoiding the necessity to expand or stretch the anal canal / anal orifice, but ultimately this leads to more contractions of the canal. Hence, after some times, these patients face difficulty in passing even normally formed stool. Fissure can also be cured permanently by our Ayurvedic medicines and Kshar sutra therapy.

Anal Fistula or Fistula in Ano: :

In Fistula-in-ano/Anal fistula there is an abnormal small opening next to the anus from where mucopurulent discharge flows intermittently. This is due to a tunnel like tract between the anal canal and the skin. This condition always requires surgery for cure. But conventional surgery of Fistula-in-ano (Fistulotomy or fistulectomy) has high recurrence rates and thus not very much successful in treating this difficult disease. The Kshara-sutra treatment has been proved to be extremely effective in treating this disease with about 98% success rates without almost nil recurrence.
