Which therapy is best for anxiety?
Shirodhara is often the first choice, sometimes combined with abhyanga and nasya – depending on your pulse.
How many sessions do I need?
For deep relief, a minimum of 7 consecutive days is recommended. Many opt for 14 days for lasting results.
Are there any side effects?
No – all therapies use natural oils and herbs. You may feel relaxed and a little “spaced out after a session, which is normal.
Can I continue my medication?
Yes, but please inform our vaidya. Ayurveda works alongside modern medicine.
