Dr. Sambasiva examines your nadi and discusses your mental state, sleep patterns and stressors to select the right therapies – be it shirodhara, basti or nasya.
You may receive shirodhara (warm oil on forehead), abhyanga (full‑body massage), nasya (nasal medication) or talapodichil (herbal scalp pack) – often in combination.
After the session, we provide dietary tips, self‑care routines and medhya herbs (like brahmi, ashwagandha) to maintain the calm and prevent recurrence.
